Return Policy

Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we cannot provide a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item you are returning must be in unused condition and in the same condition as when You accept it. The goods must also be in the original packaging.
Some types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable items, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, cannot returned. We also do not accept intimate products or personal health and hygiene items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.

To complete the return process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send your purchased items back to the manufacturer.
There are some situations where only partial refunds are given:
  • Books with clear signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl records
  • Any goods that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are partially lost due to errors not on our part
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your return has been received. We will also notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or Lost Refunds
If you haven't received your refund, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially recorded. Next, contact your bank. Discount Items
Only regular priced items may be returned. Discounted items cannot be returned.

Exchange
We only replace items if there is a defect or damage. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, send us an email at {mail address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gift
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value of your item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver sent an order to them in advance to give to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know about your return.

Return Shipping
To return your product, you must send your item to: {physical address}. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount. Depending on your location, the time it takes for a replacement product to reach you may vary. If you are returning a more expensive item, you may want to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance . We do not guarantee that returned items will reach us.
